Sometimes, a parking fine is given by mistake. If this happens, you can send your proof of payment (bank statement, receipt, or a screenshot from a parking app) within 5 days. Upload it at arnhem.parkeer.nl.
Follow these steps:
- Choose a reason:
- I registered my license plate
- I was logged in on the app
- I have a parking permit
- Fill in the fine number, license plate, and your email address
- Upload your proof of payment
- Click the ‘Send’ button. Your proof is now submitted successfully
